The Ballinger Recycle Center, located at 301 S. 7th St., is open from 7am-4pm Thursday and Friday, Saturday 8am-5pm. Closed for lunch from 12-1pm. Residents can dispose of one load of normal household waste, debris or refuse (subject to assessment) for no charge with a current utility bill.
