The general election for the offices of City Council Place #3 and Council Place #4 will be held Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, at the Runnels County Election Office, 600 Strong Ave. The deadline to file a candidate application is 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2026.
